The first BW-C45 prototype has entered physical manufacturing. Structural components, interface assemblies and prototype hardware have been produced and are being prepared for integration.
Core Architecture
BW-C45 is not only a VTOL airframe — it is a carrier platform for distributed mission architecture: one carrier, multiple interchangeable mission assets, coordinated through a digital operations platform. V1 research scope centers on an EPM Payload Interface concept — electro-permanent magnetic docking, modular payload attachment, rapid payload exchange — assessed in simulation before ground tests. Recovery remains a separate research track.
